These terms cover gamecaddie.com, the site you are reading, and purchases made from it. Using the site or buying through it means you accept them.
What this site is
gamecaddie.com provides information about the GameCaddie app suite: BallCaddie, PracticeCaddie, FitCaddie, MyBagCaddie, and ZenCaddie. The content here is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. We work to keep it accurate, but golf equipment, app features, and our own plans change. Nothing on this site is professional coaching, medical, or financial advice, and no page promises a specific score.
Prices
The prices shown here (All Access $79 a year, Founders Lifetime $149 one time, BallCaddie Full Unlock $29 one time or Pro $4.99 a month, PracticeCaddie Pro $4.99 a month or $19.99 a year, FitCaddie, MyBagCaddie and ZenCaddie Pro $9.99 a year or $49.99 one time for lifetime access, free tiers and trials $0) can change. The price you see at checkout is the price that governs the purchase. If a price on this site disagrees with checkout, checkout wins and we will fix the page.
Buying through this site
The "Get every app" and "Claim a lifetime spot" buttons open a checkout page hosted by Stripe, our payment provider. For these purchases Stripe acts as the seller of record: it processes your payment, calculates and remits any sales tax, and issues your receipt, and the purchase is also subject to the terms Stripe presents at checkout. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers.
What you are buying: All Access ($79 a year) unlocks the Pro tier of every GameCaddie app, current and future, for as long as your subscription is active.Founders Lifetime ($149 one time) unlocks the same thing with no renewal, for as long as GameCaddie operates the suite, and is limited to the first 100 buyers. After you pay, we create an account for your checkout email in BallCaddie, PracticeCaddie, and ZenCaddie and turn Pro on. Sign in with that same email; use "Forgot password" to set a password or sign in with Google. FitCaddie and MyBagCaddie unlock differently: Pro is attached to your checkout email, so create an account at either one with that same address and Pro is already on. At FitCaddie, sign in with Google or use "Forgot password" so it can confirm your address; a plain email and password signup there shows the free trial until your address is confirmed.
Renewal and cancellation
All Access renews automatically every 12 months at the then-current price until you cancel. Cancel any time using the subscription management link in your Stripe receipt email, or email support@gamecaddie.com and we will cancel it for you, no questions and no retention script. Canceling stops the next charge; your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Founders Lifetime never renews and never charges again.
Refunds
Not for you? Email support@gamecaddie.com within 30 days of any charge and we will refund it in full. A refund ends the access that charge paid for. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund rights your local law gives you.
Fair use
A purchase covers one golfer. Do not resell access, share one account across a clubhouse, or use the apps to build a competing dataset. We can suspend access that is being abused; if we ever get that wrong, email us and a human will look at it.
The apps have their own terms
Each app in the suite publishes its own terms on its own site, and those terms apply once you use that app. This page does not replace them.
Trademarks and independence
All trademarks and brand names mentioned on this site belong to their owners. GameCaddie is independent and not affiliated with any golf manufacturer. When an app names a specific ball or club, it is because the data pointed there, not because someone paid for the slot.
