Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 6, 2026.

Short version: gamecaddie.com does not require an account. We measure traffic with two analytics tools, described below; neither shows us your name or email. If you never email us and never buy anything, we never learn who you are from this site. If you do buy All Access or Founders Lifetime, checkout happens on Stripe's servers, we never see your card, and we use your email for exactly one thing: turning your apps on.

What this site collects

Anonymous usage numbers, nothing that identifies you by name. We use DataFast, a cookieless analytics service, and Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read and where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets its own cookies in your browser to tell repeat visits apart; DataFast sets none. A banner on your first visit asks whether Google Analytics may use cookies. Decline and it runs without them. To change your choice later, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again. Neither tool shows us your name, email, or exact identity. There is no signup, no login, and no advertising script on these pages. Our web host handles the request that delivers a page to your browser, the same as any website.

When you email us

Emailing support@gamecaddie.com shares your email address and the contents of your message with GameCaddie. We use that only to reply to you. That is the whole list of uses. We do not sell your address, rent it, or hand it to advertisers, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by replying to any message we send.

When you buy something

The checkout buttons on this site open a payment page hosted by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record for these purchases. Your card number, and any wallet you pay with, go to Stripe directly; they are never entered on our pages and we can never see them. Stripe's handling of your payment data is described in its own policy at stripe.com/privacy. What Stripe sends back to us after a purchase is your email address, your name, what you bought, and your billing region, and Stripe keeps a transaction record we can see in our dashboard.

We use that information to deliver what you paid for and for nothing else. Delivering it means we send your email address to our own apps (BallCaddie, PracticeCaddie, FitCaddie, MyBagCaddie, and ZenCaddie) so each one can attach Pro to it, creating the account where that app supports it and unlock Pro. All of these apps are ours; your email is not sold or shared with anyone outside GameCaddie to fulfill a purchase. If you refund or cancel, the same channel turns access off, and we keep the transaction record for accounting and tax purposes as the law requires.

The apps have their own policies

This site is the front door for the suite, not the apps themselves. Each app handles its own data and publishes its own privacy policy on its own site: ballcaddie.com/privacy covers BallCaddie, practicecaddie.com covers PracticeCaddie, and zencaddie.com covers ZenCaddie. When you use an app, that app's policy governs what it collects, not this page.

Your choices

You can decline analytics cookies at the banner, buy nothing and stay anonymous, or email us to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. Deleting a purchase record has one limit: transaction records that tax law makes us keep. Everything else goes when you ask.

Changes

If our practices change, we will update this policy first and change the effective date above. We will not start collecting something and document it later. That is how the checkout section you just read got here.
